An absolutely stunning pottery, 1 plate, 1 mug, & 1 napkin ring holder that qualify to be called rustic elegance.
Pottery is signed, Suhue, Suhie, Sahel(?) unable to find information on the creater. Pottery was made in 1983 & 85.
Every single piece is unique. Inside of each piece has been salt glazed for use, with the outside in the rough pottery form giving the plate a gorgeous border and the outside of the cup in hues of browns, greens, some with maroon coloring with the designs varying from piece to piece.
There are a few little chips here and there as they are rough Pottery and looks natural to any piece that may have an imperfection. This is another attribute that makes this a desirable set.
This set spent most of its time being displayed in a beautiful picturesque China cupboard.
